Send a deletion request
Email support@roadsteraivideo.org from the address connected to your account. Use the subject “Delete my Roadster AI Video data” and name the account you want removed.

The public generator is still Coming soon, but the deletion path is documented before provider processing is enabled.

What we can remove
A request can cover your account, uploaded source images, generated video records, saved prompts, and associated workspace metadata, subject to records we must retain for legal or security reasons.

Provider copies
When a provider is connected, the request will include any remote provider deletion steps and the retention window shown at submission. We will not claim deletion is complete until the available records are checked.

Keep private material out of email
Do not attach original images, API keys, payment credentials, or identity documents to a deletion request. We will ask for only the minimum information needed to locate the account.
