1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of Roadster AI Video, including prompts, uploads, generated outputs, API calls, and account behavior.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content

You may create with media depicting yourself or other adults when you own the media or have their permission for the transformation and intended use.

You may not use Roadster AI Video to create, upload, request, or distribute:

  • Any NSFW, pornographic, sexual, or adult content, including nudity, explicit sexual acts, or fetish content.
  • Sexual content involving minors, young-looking persons, or age-ambiguous characters.
  • Sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual content, or content intended for sexual gratification.
  • Violence, self-harm, extremism, harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity promotion.
  • Unauthorized celebrity or public-figure likenesses, deceptive impersonation, fake endorsements, fraud, malware, spam, or privacy violations.
  • Identity replacement or face-swap content involving minors, or any non-consensual, harassing, abusive, or misleading use of a private person's likeness.

3. Moderation and Enforcement

We use automated and manual review to detect prohibited behavior. We may block prompts, remove content, suspend generations, limit features, freeze credits, or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Rights and likeness reporting

If a Roadster AI Video public page or generated result uses your likeness or copyrighted work without permission, email support@roadsteraivideo.org. This reporting path is available whether or not you have a Roadster AI Video account.

Include enough information for us to locate and assess the material:

  • the Roadster AI Video public URL or safe task/reference ID;
  • whether you are the depicted person, their authorized representative, the copyright owner, or the owner's authorized representative;
  • a clear description of the likeness or copyrighted work at issue;
  • your name, a reply email, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or applicable law;
  • any screenshot or source link that helps identify the exact material.

Do not email passwords, identity-document numbers, payment-card data, or unrelated private files. We may request narrowly scoped additional evidence, restrict public access while reviewing a credible report, and notify the uploader when appropriate. Reports involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, or immediate safety risk should say Urgent safety report in the subject.

5. Relationship to Other Policies

This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. By using Roadster AI Video, you agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws and platform requirements.
