What support can help with

The support address is the quickest way to reach us about the product. Include enough detail for us to help without asking you to resend private material.

Generator and templates

Tell us which page you used, which template or prompt you selected, and what you expected to happen. Include any reference shown on the page.

Source rights and takedown

If you believe a public example uses your likeness or copyrighted material without permission, include the exact public URL and a concise explanation. Do not attach the original private file.

Credit purchases and billing

Questions about credit packs, refunds, or checkout can be sent here. One-time credit purchases are available after sign-in; the pricing page shows the current options.

Account and deletion

For account access or data deletion, include the email on the account and tell us which page or video we should look for. We will request only what we need.

Write a useful support note

Include the page URL, a short description of what happened, the browser or device if it affects the display, and whether you want a reply. Never send API keys, payment credentials, identity documents, or unredacted source images by email.
